Christy grew up near Los Angelas, CA and worked from the age of 12 as one of the first papergirls in California. Raised by a single mom with three children to feed she learned the importance of working to make ends meet.
Christy moved out at age 16 and started working at the local hospital first as an internal messenger then later in the laboratory drawing blood. Traveling to Europe then finally graduating with a B.A. degree in behavioral science. Christy married and moved to La Jolla in the San Diego area and spent the next 18 years raising two daughters and a son.
Always in love with real estate Christy began buying, fixing and flipping real estate eventually managing several as short term vacation homes.
